To Upgrade Subscription follow these steps:
Upgrading your Tiggie Kids subscription allows you to unlock additional features and access more personalized tools for your child’s development.
To upgrade your plan, open the app and navigate to the Manage Subscription section from your profile account settings. You will be able to view the available subscription options, such as Free, Premium, or Plus, along with the features included in each plan.
Once you have selected the plan that best suits your needs, tap Upgrade and proceed to confirm your purchase through Google Play. After the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a purchase confirmation from Google Play or Apple Store
Your upgraded features will be unlocked automatically in the app. If the features do not appear immediately, try restarting the app to refresh your subscription status.
If you encounter any issues during the upgrade process or do not see the updated plan reflected in your account, please contact Tiggie Support for assistance.
